This Privacy Policy describes how SR Direct LLC (“SR Direct,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit www.sr-direct.com and any pages that link to this Policy (the “Site”).

This Policy applies only to the Site. If you later sign service agreements (e.g., MSAs, BAAs) that involve PHI or other protected data, those agreements will govern those services.

Important: The Site is not for submitting protected health information (PHI). Do not include PHI in forms, uploads, or messages. If we discover PHI submitted via the Site, we will delete or de-identify it where feasible and request resubmission through approved channels.

• Checkout Data (Stripe): plan selection and billing contact details; card data is handled by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
• Scheduling Data (Calendly): name, email, and any custom intake fields you choose to provide.
• Testimonials/Case Studies: if you provide a quote, logo, or testimonial, we collect that content with your permission.

B. Information collected automatically

• Usage Data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, timestamps, referring URL.
• Cookies & Similar Technologies: to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze usage, and measure campaigns.

C. Information from third parties

• Payments: Stripe provides us with limited transaction metadata (e.g., success/failure, last 4 digits).
• Analytics/Ad Tools: we may receive aggregated insights from analytics providers.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, nor do we create consumer profiles for sale.

2) How We Use Information

Nevada

We do not sell “covered information” as defined by Nevada law. You may contact privacy@srdirect.com with Nevada privacy questions.

GDPR (EEA/UK/Switzerland)

If you are in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, our legal bases for processing Site personal data typically include:
